Your subs' certified payroll, handled. At no cost to you.

You are liable for every subcontractor's WH-347 under 29 CFR 5.5(a)(6) — but you don't control their payroll clerk, their spreadsheet, or whether they answer the phone in week 12. We take that off your desk. Each subcontractor pays us directly. You pay nothing and get a dashboard showing exactly who has filed and who hasn't.

$0 to the prime  ·  Each subcontractor pays $750/month per active project  ·  Cancel per sub when their scope ends
The actual problem

One sub's paperwork can hold up the whole contract's money.

Withheld progress payments

A contracting officer can withhold payment on the contract until the certified payrolls are right — including payrolls you didn't prepare and can't see.

Chasing week 12

Somebody on your team is emailing a fence contractor for a form. That person is expensive, and it is not what you hired them to do.

Errors you inherit

A sub misclassifies a laborer or underpays a fringe. Under the flow-down clause it lands on the prime, and you find out at the worst possible moment.

How it works

Three steps, and then it runs itself.

You send us the sub list

Company, contact, trade. We set up each subcontractor with their own upload code and email them directly. You don't chase anyone.

Subs send hours weekly

They upload a timecard or forward their normal payroll export. We check every line against the wage determination and prepare the WH-347 for signature.

You watch the dashboard

One screen: every sub, every week, filed or missing. You see a gap the week it happens instead of the month it becomes a problem.

What we check, specifically: base rate against the wage determination, fringe (cash or plan) against the required hourly value, classification actually present on the determination, and overtime against what was really paid — not what should have been. When something can't be verified from what a sub sent, the form says so rather than certifying it.
What it costs you

Nothing.

Your subcontractors each pay $750 per month for each project of yours they are active on, and nothing once that scope is complete. Your oversight dashboard, the onboarding of every sub, and our time chasing their paperwork are included at no charge to the prime. There is no setup fee for anyone, no per-form fee, and no minimum — your subcontractors pay $750 a month per active project and nothing else.

A sub is billed only for months their scope is actually active. When they finish, we mark them complete and the billing stops — you don't have to tell us twice.

Security & data handling

What happens to worker data.

We don't keep full SSNs

Payroll exports often contain complete Social Security numbers. Ours truncates every one to the last four digits the moment a file is read — the full number is never written to disk, never stored, never printed on the form.

Encrypted and access-controlled

When a job finishes, its complete payroll record is automatically encrypted with AES-256-GCM and the readable copy is removed — so a finished job is not sitting there to be read. Nightly backups are encrypted too, and working files sit on an encrypted volume. Each subcontractor can only ever see their own job.

A tamper-evident record

Every submission, sign-in and administrative change is written to a hash-chained audit log, so the filing history can be shown to be intact — which is the point of keeping it for three years.

Next step

Twenty minutes, and we'll show you the dashboard.

Bring one project and its sub list. We'll walk the screen your team would actually use, and answer the compliance questions before you commit to anything.
